Team Leader: Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Knowledge Management

Originally from Quebec, Canada, Pierre-Yves has over 10 years of experience in social projects’ development, management, monitoring and evaluation. Before joining RRRT in 2019, he spent 6 years working for Oxfam as a Program Development Senior Officer and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor, supporting multi-country teams, programs and projects. Prior to these roles, he worked with civil society organisations in Burkina Faso and Malawi and held a Project Manager position for a Quebec-wide grant-making program on children’s wellbeing. Pierre-Yves holds a Master's Degree in Project Management and an undergrad in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Quebec in Montreal. He is a strong believer that participatory methods are key to empower people and put them at the centre of every initiative.
